Receta Mom's Deviled Eggs

Ingredientes
- 8 large eggs, hard cooked
- 1 sm. can deviled ham
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Paprika, salt & pepper

- Boil large eggs; let cool. Peel large eggs. Cut in half. Remove yolks. Set whites aside. Mash yolks. Add in mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Add in 2 tbsp of deviled ham. Fill egg whites with mix. Sprinkle with paprika.Variations:
- Add in 2 tbsp of minced olives.
- Add in 2-3 tbsp of minced mushrooms instead of ham.
- Add in 1-2 tbsp of pickle relish.
- Add in 1-2 tbsp of minced onion.
- The following herbs can be added to yolk mix: Chives, parsley, savoy, or possibly a variety of other herbs. Season to taste.
