Receta Bernie's Grill's Crusted Rainbow Trout

Ingredientes
- 2 x rainbow trout cleaned, filleted
- 1 stk butter
- 1 c. grnd or possibly minced hazelnuts
- 2 Tbsp. flour Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 ounce wine - (1/4 c.)
- 3 ounce heavy whipping cream Freshly-minced parsley for garnish
Direcciones
- Heat butter in skillet big sufficient to hold all the fish. Lay fish fillets on grnd nuts, season and sprinkle with flour. Get the butter slightly browned, then add in fish, nut-side down. Saute/fry until browned on medium-high heat.
- Flip over carefully, add in lemon, wine and cream. Reduce quickly and garnish with parsley.
