- 1 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
- 1 x red onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. fiddlehead ferns
- 2 Tbsp. apple-cider vinegar
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp grated orange rind
