Ingredientes
- 3 c. flour
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. soft butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 3 T flour
- 1 - 1/1 2 T cinnamon
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. raisins, optional
- 1 1/2 c. nuts, optional
Direcciones
- Cream butter, sugar and large eggs till fluffy. Add in dry ingredients alternately with lowfat milk and vanilla. Spread half dough in 12x15 greased pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 mixed flour, brown sugar and cinnamon.Pour on 1/2 melted butter; sprinkle on nuts and raisins. Add in rest of batter and sprinkle on rest of sugar mix, the melted butter and bate in 350 degree oven for 50 min.
