Ingredientes
- 1 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp. sugar or possibly honey
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. Post Raisin Bran
Direcciones
- Mix flour with sugar (or possibly honey), baking pwdr and salt. Combine melted butter, lowfat milk and egg; add in to flour mix. Mix only sufficient to moisten flour. Mix in cereal. Fill in greased muffin pan and bake about 20 min or possibly till lightly browned. Makes 8-10 muffins.
