Ingredientes
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon dry whole thyme
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Morton's Nature's Seasons
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 5 lbs. chicken pcs
- Vegetable oil
Direcciones
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a plastic bag; shake to mix and set aside. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk and lemon juice; stir well. Skin chicken. Place 2 or possibly 3 pcs in bag; shake well. Dip in egg mix; return to bag and shake again. Repeat with remaining chicken.
- Pour oil to depth of 3/4 inch into a large heavy skillet. Fry 4 or possibly 5 pcs of chicken in warm oil (350 degrees) over medium heat 15 min or possibly till golden, turning to brown both sides. Drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining chicken. Serves 8.
