Ingredientes
- 3 Large eggs
- 2 c. buttermilk or possibly sour lowfat milk (add in 1 teaspoon vinegar to lowfat milk)
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tbsp. soft butter
Direcciones
- In mixing bowl, add in all ingredients. Beat all together. Sometimes for variety, I use 1 c. white flour and 1 c. whole wheat flour. Bake on lightly greased waffle iron.
