Ingredientes
- 5 lg. Large eggs
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3/4 pound to 1 pound Glace cherries
- 1 pound Glace pineapple
- 4 c. pecans, shelled
- 1/2 ounce. bottle pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 ounce. bottle pure lemon extract
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar gradually, creaming well till fluffy. Add in Large eggs well beaten with mixer. Chop nuts and fruit and mix with part of flour, sift remaining flour and baking pwdr together. Mix in nuts and flavorings and fruits mix well. Place in cool oven and bake 3 hrs at 250 degrees.
