Receta "Best Yet" Molasses Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 egg
- 1 c. white sugar
- 3/4 c. soft shortening
- 4 tbsp. molasses
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Beat egg and sugar gradually. Add in shortening and molasses. Mix thoroughly. Sift dry ingredients twice and stir into mix. Cold dough in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Shape into small balls, roll in granulated sugar; place on cookie sheet (don't flatten balls). Bake at 375 degrees 12 min. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
