- 2 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Salad oil (pure virgin olive is best)
- 1 c. Water

- Combine all which and start dipping and deep frying. The batter turns out light, crisp and brown.
