Receta Bettys Eclair Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 sm Packages instant vanilla pudding
- 3 c. of lowfat milk
- 16 ounce whipped topping
- 1 box graham crackers (chocolate or possibly vanilla)
Direcciones
- Lay graham crackers to cover bottom of 9 x 13 pan. (Leave 'em whole!) Mix pudding mixes and lowfat milk together to create a stiff pudding. Mix in 8 ounce. of whipped topping. Spread 1/3 of pudding/whipped topping mix on top of the graham cracker lined pan. Repeat twice with another layer of graham crackers, followed by 1/3 of the pudding/whipped topping mix. Finally,
- "frost" the top with the remaining 8 ounce. of whipped topping. Here's the trick: chill over night. You can cut up strawberries, or possibly sprinkle graham cracker crumbs, etc. on top.
- It's awesome and so simple! It may be made with sugar free pudding and lite whipped topping.
