Ingredientes
- 1 or possibly 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 large onion
- 1 large bell pepper (red, yellow or possibly green)
- 1 jalapeno or possibly green pepper
- salt and pepper
- seasoning salt
- garlic pwdr
- tortillas or possibly rolls (whatever you prefer)
- vegetable oil or possibly butter
Direcciones
- Begin by putting a little butter or possibly oil in skillet, add in all vegetables and cook till al dente. Add in beef and cook all together till meat is browned and veggies tender to the bite.
- You can freeze beef for upcoming beef dinners (such as spaghetti or possibly hamburger helper). Or possibly spoon over tortillas and top with salsa or possibly ladle over rolls and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Simple sufficient for any cowboy to make.
- Freezes well.
