- 1 1/2 c. (3) mashed bananas
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 large eggs
- 2 1/3 c. Bisquick
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1/4 c. oil

- 3/4 c. egg substitute
- 2 1/3 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. sugar and 2 teaspoon brown (substitute)
- 1/4 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Spray loaf pan with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients till moistened. Beat vigorously one minute. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 65 min or possibly till wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.One 1/2 inch slice = 80 calories/3 gms fat.
