Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Cocking oil
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 can Stewed tomatoes, (14-1/2 ounces)
- 1 can Black beans, undrained (15 ounces)
- 1 tsp Dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr Salt to taste
- 1 1/2 c. Uncooked instant brown rice
- 1 lb Pork sausage links, cooked and sliced
Direcciones
- In a skillet, heat oil. Cook onion till tender. Add in the tomatoes, beans and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice; reduce heat and simmer 5 min. Add in sausage and let stand, covered, 5 min.
- Yield: 6-8 servings.
