Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Kangaroo Steaks / Stirfry
- 1 Tbsp. minced ginger
- 1 x tps minced garlic
- 1 x chilli (optional)
- 5 x spice dash
- 4 Tbsp. honey
- 3 Tbsp. blackbean sauce
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 dsh white pepper
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
Direcciones
- 1. Combine all ingredients of marinade, keep one third separate
- 2. Add in steaks / stirfry and coat marinade proportionately, leave for 20 min
- 3. Cook as per instructions and whilst steaks rest, wok saute/fry vegetables
