Receta Blender Carrot Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. nuts (opt.)
- 2 Large eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. carrot pcs
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9"x5"x3" loaf pan.
- Place flour, soda, cinnamon and salt into large mixing bowl. Blend nuts and add in to dry ingredients; if using nuts. Place Large eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla into blender. Mix till smooth. Add in carrot pcs into blender and liquify. Pour liquid mix over dry mix and stir till moistened. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Frost with Lemon Glaze (optional).
