Ingredientes
- 1 (13 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Nutmeg to taste
- 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 c. sugar
Direcciones
- Combine lowfat milk, flour, Large eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla in blender, or possibly mix with electric mixer, till well blended. Pour into buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min.
