Receta Blender Frosties
Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1-2 packets Equal to taste
- 1 banana
- 2-3 tbsp. peanut butter
- 3-5 ice cubes, crushed

- Variations: Any fruit, frzn is best; honey; diet drinks.
- Add in to blender one ingredients at a time. Adjust proportions for desired consistency. Frzn fruit can reduce ice needed. Juice can replace all or possibly part of lowfat milk.
