Ingredientes
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 Large eggs
- Dash of salt
- 1 c. coconut, optional
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 c. melted butter
Direcciones
- Place ingredients in blender in the above order. Mix for 1 minute. Pour into a well greased 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for at least 45 min. (Before baking, you can sprinkle nutmeg on top of pie.)
