Receta Blender Potato Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3 c. cubed raw potatoes
- 1 sm. onion, quartered
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Place Large eggs, onion, salt, flour, baking pwdr, lowfat milk and 1/2 c. potato cubes in blender container. Cover and blend on a medium speed 5 seconds. Add in remaining potatoes and blend another 10 seconds (don't over blend or possibly potatoes will be liquified). Pour onto warm greased griddle and cook till brown on one side, then turn once and brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
