  1. Cut pork loin horizontally to make a pocket for the stuffing.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat butter.
  3. Add in the onion, mushrooms and rosemary. Saute/fry' till onion is soft.
  4. Add in the bread crumbs and cheese and stir. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Insert the stuffing into the pockets in pork.
  6. Sprinkle pork with a little salt and pepper on both sides.
  7. Grill.
