Receta Bleu Cheese Pork Loin

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Pork Loin
- 1/2 c. Cheese, Bleu
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 c. Bread crumbs, fine
- 1 c. Mushrooms, fresh, minced
- 1/4 c. Onion, chopped
- 1 tsp Rosemary, dry
Direcciones
- Cut pork loin horizontally to make a pocket for the stuffing.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat butter.
- Add in the onion, mushrooms and rosemary. Saute/fry' till onion is soft.
- Add in the bread crumbs and cheese and stir. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Insert the stuffing into the pockets in pork.
- Sprinkle pork with a little salt and pepper on both sides.
- Grill.
