- 1/2 c. Shredded cabbage
- 1/2 c. Grated carrots
- 1/2 c. Finely sliced green pepper
- 3/4 c. Diced onions
- 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh Cayenne pepper
Direcciones
- Cook the cabbage, carrots, green pepper and onions in the butter or possibly oil for 10 min, stirring occasionally. Season with the salt and cayenne. Fill the pancakes.
