Receta Blondies
Super easy recipe.
Ingredientes
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup AP flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup favorite chips ( I like half chocolate, half peanut butter)
- optional: pecans, toasted coconut
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease 8x8 " pan.
- Melt butter, let cool.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into pieces.
- Makes 16-24 pieces.
