Receta Blueberry Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon
- 3/4-1 c. flour
- 2 c. blueberries
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 T sugar
Direcciones
- Blend together pancake ingredients and cook on a griddle or possibly frying pan. Stir together berries, cornstarch and sugar. Boil and remove from heat. Serve over pancakes. Top with lowfat sour cream on top of pancake.
