Receta Blueberry Glace Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 (9-inch) cooked pie shell, cooled
- 6 ounce. cream cheese
- Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- Nutmeg
- 1 c. blueberries
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Salt
- Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 c. whole fresh blueberries
Direcciones
- Soften cream cheese with lowfat milk, mix with sugar, sprinkle with nutmeg. Spread on pie shell. Simmer 1 c. blueberries and water for 4 min. Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add in butter, salt, cinnamon and lemon juice. Add in mix to cooking berries; cook till thick and clear. Add in 3 c. whole fresh berries to mix; pour into cooked pie shell. Chill. May serve with whipped cream on top.
