Receta Blueberry Glaze Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 baked 9 inch pie shell
- 1 c. water
- 1 quart. blueberries
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 pkg. (3 ounce.) cream cheese (softened)
Direcciones
- Wash, drain blueberries. Simmer 1 c. blueberries and 2/3 c. water about 3 min. Blend sugar, cornstarch and remaining 1/3 c. water, add in to boiling mix. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Cold. Spread cheese over cooled pie shell. Save out 1/2 c. choice blueberries. Put remaining 2 1/2 c. blueberries in shell. Cover with cooked mix, garnish with the 1/2 c. blueberries. Chill till hard, about 2 hrs. Serve with sweetened whipped cream or possibly ice cream.
- Cheese can be omitted and is still delicious.
