  • 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 c. white flour
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. oat bran cereal
  • 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 c. liquid vegetable oil
  • 1 egg or possibly 1/4 c. liquid egg substitute
  • 1 c. liquid removed berries

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir well. Using an egg beater, combine lowfat milk, vanilla, egg and oil. Pour into dry ingredients and add in liquid removed blueberries or possibly raspberries. Stir just till moistened. Spoon batter into greased or possibly lined muffin c. and bake for 20 min.
