Receta Blueberry Pie With Orange Nut Crust

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
- 5 tbsp. (approximately) ice water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 1/3 c. finely minced walnuts or possibly pecans
Direcciones
- Mix flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Cut in shortening with pastry blender. Add in orange rind and nuts. Add in water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, mixing after each addition. Roll into a ball and chill 1 hour before using.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Roll out half the pastry and line a 9 inch pie pan.
