Receta Blueberry Poppy Seed Brunch Cake

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. softened butter
- 2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tbsp. poppy seed
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom and sides of 9-10 inch spring-form pan. Beat 2/3 c. sugar and butter till fluffy. Add in lemon peel and egg; beat 2 min. Combine flour, poppy seeds, baking soda, and salt. Add in to butter mix alternating with lowfat sour cream. Spread in floured pan. Combine filling ingredients; spoon over batter. Bake 45-55 min. Cold slightly. Remove sides of pan. (Glaze with powdered sugar and lowfat milk if you wish.) Serve hot or possibly cold.
