Ingredientes
- 1 2/3 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 c. solid pack pumpkin
- 1/4 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. blueberries
- 1 tbsp. flour
Direcciones
- Combine first six ingredients. Blend pumpkin and evaporated lowfat milk together. Add in this and the rest of the ingredients together. Fill 18 paper lined muffin tins 3/4 full. Sprinkle streusel on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
