Receta Bluefish Salad Supreme

Ingredientes
- 2 lb bluefish (or possibly other fish) fillets
- 2 Tbsp. finely-minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. finely-minced green pepper
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. wine vinegar
- 1/8 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream or possibly mayonnaise Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Remove skin from bluefish and dark layer under skin. Cut bluefish into very small pcs. Put into a bowl and add in all ingredients except lowfat sour cream, toss gently. Chill till thoroughly chilled.
- Just before serving, stir in lowfat sour cream or possibly mayonnaise.
