Receta Bon Appetit Vegetarian Chili With Chipotle Chilies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Minced carrots
- 1 c. Minced red or possibly green bell pepper
- 1 c. Minced onion
- 3 lrg Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1 x 28 ounce. can italian plum tomatoes with juice, minced
- 1 x 15 ounce. can red kidney beans, liquid removed
- 1 x 15 ounce. can cannellini beans, liquid removed
- 1 x 15 ounce. can black beans, liquid removed
- 2 Tbsp. Canned minced chipotle chilies in adobo sauce

- You guys can figure out the rest. Cook for 30 min, stirring, and add in salt and pepper. I omited 1 Tablespoons oil at the beginning of this recipe- it was used to saute/fry the vegetables.
