Receta Boneless Beef Brisket

Ingredientes
- Boneless beef brisket, 4 pound size
- 4 tbsp. ketchup
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon A-1 steak sauce
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire
- Minced onion
- Potatoes
- Carrots
- 2 c. water
Direcciones
- Heat oven. Brown brisket on both sides. Remove from broiler, add in salt and pepper.
- Mix ketchup, soy sauce, steak sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Put brisket in baking pan, fat side up, spoon sauce on top of meat. Add in onion on top of sauce. Pour water around meat. Cover and cook in 300 degree oven for about 1 hour per lb.. Baste every 30 min.
- Add in potatoes and carrots during last hour of baking time.
