Receta Boop's Peanut Butter Cup Chocolate Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 squares (2 ounce.) unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooked
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. coarsely minced Reese's peanut butter c.
Direcciones
- In large mixing bowl, beat the shortening and butter with an electric mixer on medium to high speed about 30 seconds till softened. Add in about half of the flour to shortening mix. Add in sugar, brown sugar, unsweetened chocolate, Large eggs, baking soda and vanilla. Beat till thoroughly combined, scraping the sides of bowl occasionally. - Drop dough from a rounded Tbsp. 2 1/2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10 to 12 min or possibly till tops look dry. Cold on cookie sheet for 1 minute. Then remove the cookies from the cookie sheet and cold on a wire rack. Makes about 30 cookies.
