Ingredientes
- 1 env Onion-Mushroom - Soup mix Or possibly Beefy mushroom- Or possibly Beefy Onion Soup Mix
- 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
- 2 c. Fresh bread crumbs
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 x Egg
- 1/4 tsp Dry thyme or possibly basil,crushed
- 1 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. (6oz) shredded cheddar
- 3 1/2 c. Warm cooked asst. vegetables
Direcciones
- Combine soup mix, grnd beef, bread crumbs, lowfat sour cream, egg and thyme in large bowl. Sprinkle flour into 9 inch pie pan. Press grnd beef mix onto bottom and up side of pan, shaping edge 3/4 inch above pan and forming a center well. Bake in preheated 350F oven 40 minutesl; drain. Layer 3/4 c. of the cheese, the vegetables and then remaining 3/4 c. cheese on meat mix. Bake 10 min more or possibly till cheese is melted.
