- 4 pound chuck roast
- 5 ounce. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. bourbon (brandy)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Season salt

- Mix together: marinate roast in shallow pan overnight occasionally turn over. Cook on grill 5 inches from coals for 30 min per side.
