Receta Braised Mushrooms
A luxurious and stylish sauce for mushrooms. Serve on a toasted bread with some crumble of blue cheese for a delicious experience.
Ingredientes
- 1.5lt white wine
- 1.5lt veal stock
- 1.5lt chicken stock
- 100 eschallotte (fine chopped)
- 70gr garlic (fine chopped)
- 20gr salt
- 50turns black pepper mill
- 3sticks rosemary
- 500ml olive oil
- mushrooms (any type, we use brown mushrooms or potabella)
Direcciones
- ---Prepare Mushroom Sauce---
- Boil all in a pot and simmer until all flavours have been released
- Cook mushrooms to order in the liquid until tender.
- ---Serve on Toasted Bread---
- Serve on toasted bread (we use ciabatta).
- Crumble some blue cheese on top and pour some hot sauce on top to melt it.
