Receta Bran Cereal Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. calumet baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 c. post natural bran flakes
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 x egg
- 1/3 c. oil
Direcciones
- Mix flour with sugar, baking pwdr and salt.
- Combine cereal and lowfat milk in bowl and let stand for about 3 min, stir well. Add in egg and oil; blend well.
- Add in flour mix to cereal mix (batter will be thick). Spoon into greased muffin pans.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min or possibly till golden.
- Serve hot
