Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. All-Bran
- 1/4 c. Oil
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1/2 c. Boiling Water
- 1 x Egg lightly beaten
- 1 c. Buttermilk
- 1/4 c. Molasses
- 1 c. Whole Wheat Flour (plus 2 tbsp.)
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, combine the All-Bran, oil, and raisins, and pour the boiling water over them. Set the mix aside to cold slightly. In a small bowl, combine the Large eggs, buttermilk, and molasses. Add in this to the partially cooled cereal mix. In another small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Add in the flour mix to the cereal mix, stirring just sufficient to moisten. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 400. Grease 12 muffin c. and fill with batter. Bake 20-25 min. 143 cal. each
