Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Brown Sugar, Frimly Packed
- 2/3 c. Shortening
- 2 x Large eggs, Large
- 2 tsp Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Orange Rind, Grated
- 2 tsp Baking Pwdr
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Cloves
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 c. Unbleached Flour
- 1 c. Raisins
- 1/2 c. Nuts, Minced, If you like
Direcciones
- Cream sugar and shortening till light and fluffy.
- Beat in Large eggs, lowfat milk and orange rind. Stir togethr baking pwdr, spices, salt and flour. Mix into sugar mix. Stir in raisins and nuts, if used. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. about 10 to 12 min, or possibly till done. Remove from baking sheets and cold cookies on rack. Store in airtight tins.
- Makes about4 to 5 dozen cookies.
