  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Bottom layer: Mix 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt and blend with 1/2 c. butter. Press into 9" pan. Bake in oven for 10 min.
  3. Second layer: Combine 3/4 c. brown sugar, 2 Large eggs, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. of the brazil nuts, 1/2 c. coconut, 1 tsp. vanilla and spread over bottom layer. Bake for 30 min or possibly a little longer.
  4. Cold in pan.
  5. Top layer: Heat chocolate over warm water, stir in corn syrup and water. Spread on top and sprinkle with rest of nuts.
