Receta Bread Custard Pudding

Ingredientes
- 1 quart. lowfat milk
- 2 c. bread cubes
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tbsp. butter
Direcciones
- Scald the lowfat milk and pour it over the bread that has been cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Let stand 10 min. Beat the Large eggs, slightly. Add in the sugar, salt and vanilla to them. Put into a buttered baking dish and add in the lowfat milk and the bread cubes. Add in the melted butter and stir to mix well. Place the dish in a shallow pan of warm water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs.
