Receta Breakfast Casserole
Ingredientes
- 8 Large eggs
- 6 slices bread (with crust on)
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 pound bulk sausage
Direcciones
- Cook sausage, drain, set aside.
- Line the bread in the bottom of a 13x9 pan.
- Mix together eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
- Sprinkle sausage over the bread.
- Pour the egg mix evenly on top.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
