Ingredientes
- 1 lb Mild bulk pork sausage
- 2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 2 x cloves garlic chopped
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1/2 tsp Grnd oregano Mexican oregano preferred
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Shape into patties. Cook in a skillet over medium heat till browned, turning once. Drain well. Garnish, if you like, with parsley sprigs.
- Note: To prepare ahead of time, cover and chill the browned patties up to 2 days. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 300iF for 10 min or possibly till warm.
