Ingredientes
- 5 strips of bacon (or possibly turkey bacon)
- 4 or possibly 5 potatoes, diced and fried
- 4 or possibly 5 Large eggs, made for scrambled Large eggs
- Flour tortillas
- Lettuce, minced
- Tomatoes, minced
- Cheese, shredded
Direcciones
- Fry bacon in microwave and set aside. Fry potatoes or possibly cook in microwave and chop and fry. When potatoes are almost done, scramble your Large eggs and crumble the bacon into the Large eggs. When Large eggs are done, mix together with potatoes and heat for 5 min (stove) or possibly 2 min microwave. Hot flour tortillas in microwave for 30 to 40 seconds; put mix in flour tortillas. Top with minced lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.
- Good any time of day, also with applesauce.
