- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, flour, salt for pancake. Heat butter on stove in a CAST IRON skillet. As soon as butter is warm, pour in batter and place in preheated oven. After 15 min, lower to 350 degrees for 10 more min.
- Saute/fry sliced apples in butter; add in sugar and cinnamon. Hard but not soft. Slide cooked pancake onto a platter; pour apple mix only on one side and fold the pancake over the apples. Drizzle butter over and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Slice and serve.
