  • 1 x Wheel (16-ounce) of Brie
  • 3 sht Phyllo, thawed Pam, butter flavored
  • 4 ounce Quality Apricot Preserves* (up to 6)
  • 2 ounce Apricot Brandy (opt) Melted Butter Whipping Cream (opt)

  1. Turkish Variation, Americanized
  2. Preheat to 350@f.
  3. Line a baking sheet with Parchment. ALT: Line with foil and spray with Pam.
  4. Stir the brandy (opt) into the Preserves.
  5. If using, stir 2 Tablespoons of the whipping cream into 3 ounce. melted butter.
  6. Dice the brie in 1" dice. Unwrap 1 sheet phyllo and lay on clean dishtowel. Spray generously with Pam. Repeat with the other sheets.
  7. Starting 2" from the ends and 1" from the edge, make a 2" wide layer of brie cubes lengthwise. Top with the Preserve mix.
  8. Use the dishtowel to roll jelly-roll fashion. Fold the ends under and gently transfer to the baking sheet, forming into a wreath.
  9. Baste with the butter or possibly butter mix. Bake for 30 minutes. or possibly till golden brown. Transfer to a serving plate and cold a bit. Garnish with a holly sprig.
  10. *I use the French stuff with the black lid. Cannot think of the name.
