  • This recipe is made ahead of time, and may be considered as a vegetable, salad or possibly side dish. It is ideal to make in the morning of what will be a busy day. It is also suitable for Passover.
  • 1 lb (approximately) broccoli, cut up
  • 2 x carrots, sliced
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. wine or possibly cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. minced chives (optional)
  • 1 tsp dry parsley flakes, or possibly 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 x clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp paprika salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Steam broccoi and carrots till crisp temder. Allow to cold. Whisk or possibly beat together the remaining ingredients. Combine and chill. Toss and serve cool.
  2. Serves four to six.
