Ingredientes
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 stick butter
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 large eggs
- 1 sm. pkg. frzn minced broccoli, cooked by directions on package
- 1 sm. onion, minced
Direcciones
- Heat stick of butter in 1 1/2 qt casserole in microwave. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake uncovered in a 325 degree oven about 20 to 25 min or possibly till just browned on top. Yield: 16 squares.
