  • 8 boneless chicken breasts, skinned
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 can broccoli cream soup
  • 1 can lowfat milk


  1. Salt and pepper both sides of chicken. Brown chicken in skillet with small amount of oil. Place chicken breasts in baking dish or possibly foil covered aluminum baking pan. Mix soup and lowfat milk. Cover chicken breasts with mix. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil and let brown about 15 min. You can substitute broccoli soup with cheese soup or possibly cream of mushroom soup or possibly use your own choice.
